House rules

1) Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is after 3 PM
Check-out is at 10 AM or before
No late checkout or early check-in is available

2) Max Occupancy- 4 Adults
It is forbidden to receive in the unit for overnight stays a number of people higher than the one specified at the time of booking. Any extra unregistered guest will be forced out.

3) Sublet
Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

4) 
Responsibility
The occupant agrees to respect all of the Resort rules (COVID 19 rules related to pool, gym, beach) and to indemnify the host for all damages and/or losses that he may have caused to the rented unit or its content. 

The assessment of the good condition of the unit will be made at the arrival and departure of the occupant. Occupants are required to respect other residents by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. 



5) Swimming Pool
The swimming pools are accessible from sunrise to sunset. Children must be under adult surveillance at all times. 



6) Smoking/Vaping
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the condo, halls, or common areas of the building. Where smoking is allowed, it is required for occupants to dispose of their cigarette butts responsibly by using the proper recipients in place. 



7) Pets
Pets are NOT allowed in the rented unit nor on the Resort. 



8) Trash
Garbage chutes are located in the laundry room on each floor. It is not allowed to leave open trash bags in the unit or halls; trash bags must be regularly taken out and dropped down the chute. 



9) Laundry room
A magnetic laundry card is made available in each unit and can be recharged using the automatic distributor located next to the security desk on the 1st floor. 



10) Air conditioning
To avoid A/C breakdowns, we ask all guests to keep sliding doors and windows closed when the system is in use. The temperature from May to September is hot and humid, making it important to keep the air conditioning running with the patio door closed.



11) Internet

WI-FI internet connection service is available free of charge in the unit, on the premises of the complex, and in the lobby of each building. To obtain access to the internet room of the complex, you need to ask at the front desk of the security service, as the door of the room is always locked.



12) Security

When entering or leaving the Resort or its various common areas, we ask guests to make sure all doors are properly closed to avoid intrusion by non-authorized individuals. The main entrance of each building is locked at any time and can be unlocked using an active magnetic key fob or by ringing the security desk and providing a photo ID.



13) Events & Gatherings
A zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10 PM-7 AM.

14) No open flames
This includes but is not limited to candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, cigars,

15) No illegal activity or substances
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

16) No moving Furniture
Please do not rearrange our furniture. A $50 fee will be charged if furniture has been rearranged and not placed back in its original locations upon check-out.
Please Note: Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands, and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

17) CANCELLATION POLICY

We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.

OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)

1) Key Fob (non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of 30$USD for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults.  Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.

2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want"

Upon arrival, you must also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Covered and non-covered parking lots are available.

Parking fees are payable in cash or by credit card (cash is preferred if the credit card processing system is out of order):

- 1 Week : $75 *e.g., if you stay 2 or 5 days, resort will charge $75
- 2 Weeks : $100
- 3 Weeks : $125
- 1 Month:$150


*note: the resort asks for a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.

3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered at the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.
